As for Gay, she tearfully shared her feelings about the shame and guilt of not remembering that night.
"It was once humiliating," Gay said. "I do not want to get drunk and blackout and have no memory of it. It used to be terrifying and it was once humiliating. For me, I have a lot of Mormon shame about ingesting."
